    Hallo,
    Positive: Great room with good breakfast.
    Negative: The personnel can't speak a word English and not even German. Also not really interested in their customers. After the stay we paid not €295,- but €575,-. Still don't have the amount back on my account... They have to pay me back!

    The staff at Hotel Heluan very professional and helpful with all our needs!

    Although we were late for breakfast hours, the staff was kind enough to serve us breakfast.
