Reservation rules

Reservation will be confirmed only for a car group, not for a car type.

Minimal age:
21 years for groups A or B, 23 years for groups C or D.

Required documents:
Passport and valid international driver's licence with required classification.

Minimal rental period:
Minimal rental period is 24 hours, acceptable late return is 60 min.

Rent includes:
Oil and maintenance. Fuel cost is not included.

Additional driver:
A car is always rented to one driver only. There is a fee of 200,- CZK charged for every additional driver.

When making a reservation do not forget to write down time of delivery  and return time of the car.

An index and the office hours for out of Prague authorized locations is available upon request. The delivery / return service is available 24 hours a day. Except the office hours there is a fee of 200,- CZK for this service.

Location of delivery / return:
There is no fee at the network of its own subdivision of Car- rent. At the network of an authorized locations of Car-rent, a fee charged is 200,- CZK. An airport surcharge (Praha -Ruzyně) when you are renting the car in Prague is 250,- CZK. The other fees for the delivery / return service at the network of an authorized locations in Czech Republic are available upon request.

One way rent:
Return of the rented car is possible at any location in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary. Rates are available upon request.

Payment:
Only by Credit card as VISA, AMEX, Master Card, Eurocard, Diners Club, CCS Business Card.

Tax:
The above stated rates do not include VAT (19 % for rented car, 19 % for fuel,19 % for deductible fee).

Insurance:
Third party liability insurance is included in the rental price. Collision damage coverage includes a deductible amount (see a Price list). Full insurance coverage is also available. Car-rent is not responsible for the articles left in the car.
