    The treatment is not carreid out in profissional mannar.
    There is no medical check in day one with doctor who met us as per hotel doctor appointment letter.
    the course treatments was very gready in Massages time.
    there is no vareity of treatments in the hotel.
    the treatment sessions are vvery short in time (20 minutes)the dentest clinic is not qualiefeid to treat teeth problems , the charge to high for no reason ,the doctor spoil my teeth and make it worse & am still suffering pain in my teeth. i will not stay again in this hotel .

    We loved our stay at the Grandhotel Pupp. Everything was in order with our reservation when we arrived. The staff was very helpful and the food was wonderful. Karlovy Vary is a beautiful town and we shall return. Our only difficulty on arrival by bus from Praha was in finding a taxi. It was Sunday, late afternoon and a thunderstorm so that may have been the reason. Would be nice to have a taxi stop here the station. Thanks so much for arranging our room - it was great.
