Hotel Heluan offers its guests an unique view over the Castle Spa (Zamecke lazne), Castle Colonnade (Zamecka kolonada), Market Colonnade (Tržní kolonáda) and Hot Spring Colonnade (Vridelni kolonada).

Hotel Heluan offers accommodation in 15 specious and elegant double rooms with beautiful pargeting ceilings. In a few rooms there is a Dutch stove or a small balcony with a view over the city. If you would like to book a room with this balcony please ask for rooms 102 (double room) or 202 (apartment). Rooms of cathegory B are not smaller compared to a standard double room but they are placed in the attic and we called them "MANSARD".



Every room has its own bathroom with a bath tube and WC, hairdryer, TV with satelite, phone, minibar and safe.

At the hotel there is also a newly reconstructed restaurant where you can have bgreakfast, lunch and dinner as well. This restaurant is focused mainly on Russia cuisine and fish specialities. It is suitable for groups up to 35 persons. It is possible to arrange special menu for groups or dietary program according to your wishes.

Parking for hotel's guests are reserved in underground guarded garages of  hotel Thermal (far minues walking far from hotel). Parking of buses is possibly by hotel Postovni Dvur.
